Shipping

Our fulfillment team is constantly working hard to get your order to you on time. If your item is in stock, meaning it is not on "pre-order" status, we will fulfill it within 1-2 business days. 

 

Shipping times

You will receive an email at the time of fulfillment that will include a tracking number. Allow 2-3 business days for your purchased items to arrive from the time of fulfillment. If items do not arrive, check with your local post office with the tracking number included first and send us an email: hola@shopsols.com 

 

Pre Order Shipping

If your item is in pre-order status it will most likely be back in stock within 3 weeks or so, depending on the time the order was placed. Once an item is in "pre-order" status, we will still receive incoming purchases and we will fulfill each order as they are received. Meaning, that if you placed your order right when our items went into pre-order status, we will fulfill your items first before posting the rest of the stock on our website. In other words, placing an order on a "pre-order" status item will hold your place in line to be fulfilled first.

Return / Exchange Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may vary for your exchanged product to reach you or us. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
